曼城右后卫萨巴莱塔在接受采访时表示，他“100%”确定，俱乐部队友亚亚-图雷将找回自己的最佳状态。
亚亚-图雷在上赛季结束后与俱乐部因为一些琐事一度关系紧张，而新赛季开始至今，他又因为状态不佳而受到了球迷的批评。然而这名中场在上一场与阿斯顿维拉的比赛中攻入一球，队友萨巴莱塔也相信他将很快找回自己的最佳状态。
他说：“进球对亚亚-图雷很重要，我认为他射得很漂亮。我们都知道亚亚-图雷对这支球队有多么重要。如果处在最佳状态，亚亚可以做自己想做的任何事，因为他是一名不同级别的球员。当亚亚处在最佳水准时，曼城也会处在最佳水准。”
“上赛季他表现得非常好，攻入了20粒进球，这对一名中场而言真的令人不可思议。我愿意看到亚亚-图雷进更多球，如果可能的话，20个吧。我们需要他在传球，甚至定位球方面重新找回最佳状态。我们100%确定我们会很快看到最佳状态下的亚亚-图雷。”
“对此他应该也是充满信心的，因为我们以及球迷都知道他对这支球队有多么重要。希望他能继续像今天一样为曼城攻城拔寨。”
而对于亚亚-图雷本赛季的慢热，萨巴莱塔认为今夏的世界杯有很大的影响。他说：“有时参加世界杯会给一些球员带来困难，因为在夏天我们没有太多时间休息，我们也没有参加完整的季前备战。”
“在身体方面，有时你需要时间才能慢慢恢复到最佳状态。那就是我认为球队一些球员会随着比赛的进行变得越来越好的原因。希望曼城能表现稳定，发挥出自己的最佳水准，不仅仅是在联赛中，而是在球队的各条战线上。”
